Kleinindustrie in den 50ern. 4-teiliges Gebäude-Set bestehend aus zwei dreistöckigen Wohnhäusern, eines mit Klempnerwerkstatt und Lagerflächen im Hinterhof, eines mit Durchfahrt zum rückwärtigen Anbau mit Autowerkstatt, einer dreistöckigen Gebäude-Ruine im Rückbau mit Schutthügel und Mauerresten sowie einer kleinen überdachten Zapfstation mit Verkaufs- und Werkstattraum.

Dieser Bausatz enthält: 428 Einzelteile in 15 Farben, Fensterteile, 3 Gardinenmasken, 1 Deko und 4 Bauanleitungen.
