General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The online order is valid once the ordering process has been completed and you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. If one or more items are not available, you will be notified. If you request partial deliveries, postage will be charged for each parcel. The status display regarding the availability and quantity of an item is provided as a guide. The shop is linked to the store warehouse and in isolated cases it may happen that, due to sales in the store, an item is temporarily unavailable or even completely sold out. In such cases, we will inform you. The minimum order value is CHF 15.00.

Delivery is generally carried out by Swiss Post. The shipping method can be selected individually in the shop. Unless otherwise specified, the shipment will be sent as an economy parcel without registered mail via Swiss Post. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping basket. Shipment will only be made after payment has been received.
From 26 August 2025, we will no longer be able to accept orders for postal shipments to the USA. This is due to new customs regulations introduced by the US government and the associated customs clearance solutions. In the event of an order cancellation, the customer will be charged any transfer fees and expenses incurred.

The sales prices are quoted ex Hauptwil (Switzerland) and are shown in Swiss francs and are subject to change. Swiss value added tax is included in the prices.

We reserve the right to make price corrections and changes to our delivery and payment terms. Prices for items that are currently not available from stock and must be reordered from the supplier or manufacturer or will arrive later may be subject to change, particularly in the event of price changes by the manufacturer, exchange rate fluctuations and inflation-related changes.

All brand-new items come with a 2-year warranty, with exceptions noted in the item description. The warranty period begins on the date of invoicing. Warranty claims on your part will be dealt with as quickly as possible by replacement delivery or repair of the defective item. The warranty claim expires in the event of improper handling or personal intervention. The warranty claim is not transferable to third parties. A completed warranty certificate or proof of purchase serves as evidence. The decision on warranty processing lies exclusively with the manufacturer.
