Das an ein Originalvorbild angelehnte Mühlenmodell in Fachwerkbauweise besitzt ein gemauertes Untergeschoss und einen seitlich angebauten, überdachten Treppeneingang. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich das Mühlrad, das mit einem Motor (Art. 180629 liegt nicht bei) angetrieben werden kann.
Dieser Bausatz enthält: 347 Einzelteile in 9 Farben, Fensterfolie, 1 Gardinenmaske und 1 Bauanleitung.
