Abwechslungsreiches, 2-stöckiges Wohnhaus im alpenländischen Stil. Während das Erdgeschoß weiß verputzt ist, präsentiert sich das Obergeschoß in prächtiger Holzbauweise. Die Holzschindeln der flachgeneigten Dachdeckung sind zur Sicherung vor Windabwurf mit Steinen beschwert. Ein großer, umlaufender Balkon ist im ersten Obergeschoss vorzufinden und ein zweiter, kleinerer Balkon im Giebel. Giebelschmuck, Kamine und ein Wegkreuz liegen dem Bausatz bei.
Dieser Bausatz enthält: 262 Einzelteile in 6 Farben, Fensterteile, 1 Gardinenmaske und 1 Bauanleitung.
